Faramarz has over 30 years of experience successfully implementing corporate growth and exit strategies for Canadian engineering and environmental consulting & services firms. As a both a senior executive and management consultant, he has lead the development and execution of management buyouts, secured financing to support growth and operations, overseen human resources management, and developed succession plans for small and mid sized firms.
Faramarz advises clients on a range of strategic issues including strategic growth, financial management, succession planning, management buyouts, shareholder responsibility, and corporate governance. His previous experience as President & CEO, and as a major shareholder of environmental consulting and services firms – gives him a solid foundation to advise executives, and bring practical and effective solutions to the table for clients.
