While at SNC Lavalin, we contracted the services of F&M Management Ltd. (F&M) to assess our project management capabilities across our Business Unit and develop and give a course that would meet our needs. Our Business Unit has over 1200 employees that have come from different companies and experiences. F&M was able to conduct a gap analysis that clearly identified where we had issues that we’re impacting our bottom line. F&M developed and delivered a project management course that addressed these issues while recognizing the diversities within our organization. F&M’s knowledge of the industry and experience in project management was critical to the success of the project management training.
We retained the services of F&M Management (F&M) to provide us Project Management training across our organization. F&M met and exceeded our expectations as they customized their workshop modules to our specific needs. Their 8 hour customized project management training was well received by our operations, management and our project managers. F&M trained over 180 of our staff.
We would like to thank F&M for their efforts in assisting us with our training and operational needs.
F&M Management worked with MDH senior staff in planning all aspects of our exit strategy. From reviewing potential options (including a management buy-out) to negotiating on our behalf with 5 different parties to receive the best possible deal for all involved. By engaging F&M for this process we completed a successful transaction that produced the highest value for our shareholders while maintaing a positive, career-oriented environment for our employees.
Harder Associates is excited about the opportunities that this transaction will open up for our staff and existing clients. F&M’s involvement in creating and executing an exit strategy for my company was critical. This process would never have happened without F&M’s careful attention and constant involvement. Thank you F&M for all your contributions and hard work; your efforts went above and beyond my goals for this transaction.
